Steampunk – Male

Winner of “Best in Show” at CostumeCon in Baltimore in 2009.

Steampunk is a sci-fi, sub-genre set in an imaginary Victorian era in which steam is the primary power source for all things. This costume features a full length leather coat, a steam powered backpack and a top hat which opens up to reveal the secret ice bucket.

Nola recently won an "AriZoni" Award for her work on "Pirates of Penzance" for Ethington Theatre.

She is just finished designing the film "Red Sand" with Mark Meer and the play "A Midsummer Night's Dream"

She is currently hard at work creating costumes for Michael Tounian's "Don't Shoot the Saxophone Player" and "The Boyfriend" for Ethington Theatre.
